I believe it is crucial to develop a customized wellness plan based on the foods you enjoy eating, finding convenient ways to add healthful alternatives in your diet. Setting up your surroundings for success is an integral part of the program.
After reviewing your most recent blood work and personalized food journal, we will go over ways to establish an environment to make healthy choices easier. Together we will develop both an exercise program taking into account any injuries and physical limitations and a meal plan with breakfast, lunch and dinner options based on the foods and recipes you currently enjoy.
Part of this process is learning to strategize. We will identify triggers and work through the obstacles that have prevented a successful outcome in the past.
Ultimately, you are in control of your health in lieu of any chronic conditions you may be facing.
After reviewing your nutrition, fitness and lifestyle goals, we will develop a personalized program that will allow you to achieve success, making adjustments as needed. Part of a whole food, plant-based lifestyle includes no longer having to weigh and measure food or keep a tally of calories, carbohydrates or other macronutrients. You will become familiar with nutrient-rich foods as well as toxic food choices. This will allow you to use your judgement and reason out what choices to make comfortably and confidently.
Fitness, nutrition, and emotional wellness are the key components of health and happiness. Creating a system which will allow you to live your best life is our goal. Pain, illness, depression, and fatigue are all symptoms of excess stress on the body and is not a normal part of aging.
