My Story...Transitioning to a whole food, plant-base diet is a journey that can take months or years in the making. I considered myself a person who ate well, exercised and prioritized taking care of my health. Despite all the attention I was dedicating to this lifestyle, I continued to struggle with hormonal acne, hypothyroidism, digestive issues, fatigue and sleep disturbances. To combat these health issues, I was prescribed medications. At first, I noticed an improvement in my symptoms, but after longer term use, I needed to increase dosages and add other medications to combat the inevitable side effects of the first medication. For a seemingly healthy person, my health was suboptimal, my energy levels lagged, and I found myself taking multiple medications. I realized something had to change and I was determined to find the truth about the root cause of my health issues.  

At first, I struggled with eliminating bad habits. I knew I could mitigate my symptoms by limiting preocessed food and drink intake, but how? Carving a path that worked for me and finding strategies to return to focus when obstacles arose was a daily learning process. The lessons learned throughout this journey allowed me to create a program to help others adopt a healthy lifestyle. The insight I gained after years of searching has allowed me to help my clients become the best versions of themselves.
